Pastries with tuna, sardines or anchovies
1 puff pastry
80g Thoionade, Sardines spread with lemon or anchovies spread
1 spoon of crème fraiche
Preparation : 20 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Beat an egg.
In a bowl mix up 80g of the delight chosen (sardine, anchovies or tuna), a spoon of crème fraiche and the half of the egg beaten.
Depose the preparation on the puff pastry then roll on the pastry from one side to the middle and do the same from the other side.
Cut the puff pastry in slices and set them on a baking tray using the rest of the egg on top of the slices before to put on the oven (from 15 to 20 min at 400FÂ°)
