Salmon with tapenade

For 2 people:

  • 4 spoons of black tapenade (or olivade noire with truffe flavour)
  •  2 salmon pieces
  • capers 
  • 2 onions 
  • 2 red peppers
  • olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon

 

Cut onions and peppers in slices and cook in a pan.

 

Put tapenade on the salmon with capers, lemon, slat, pepper and olive oil

20 minutes in the oven.
