For 2 people :
- 2 duck breasts
- 90g Anchovies spread
- 200g celery
- salt and pepper
Criss-cross the breast skin, salt and pepper. Then cook slowly in a pan or in a barbecue on the skin face during 10 minutes and between 3 or 6 minutes on the other side.
Prepare the celery : take off the leaves, cut in small pieces and put in a plate with the breasts.
Use our anchovies spread : cook it slowly in a bain-marie befor to serve the main course.
